Murder Suspect Arrested

Investigators with the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office arrested Donald Paul Malick, W/M, 16 years of age.  Mr. Malick listed 8006 Haigler Gin Rd., Monroe, NC as his address.  He was charged with one count of First Degree Murder and one count of Attempted First Degree Murder.  He is being held without bond in the Caldwell County Detention Center and has a court date for a first appearance on April 29, 2010.
