Additional Arrests in Drug Store Break-In
The Caldwell County Sheriffs
Office arrested two more suspects that were involved with the Breaking and Entering and
Larceny of Gamewell Family Drug, and the intentional fire that was set at the Farm Bureau
Insurance Company. Sheriff Alan Jones stated
that he is very pleased these two suspects have been arrested and are off the streets. This is a total of three suspects arrested for
this incident. Sheriff Jones said,
We will continue to work hard and use all the resources that we have to solve
crimes, make arrests and gain convictions in court so our community is a safe place to
live.
The following suspects were taken
into custody:

Joshua Shane Collins,
white male, 19 years of age. Mr. Collins
resides at 348 Midlake Dr., Mooresville, North Carolina.
He is charged with Felony Breaking and Entering, Larceny after Breaking and
Entering, and Second Degree Arson. Mr. Collins was placed under a $75,000.00 secured bond
with a first appearance date of March 29, 2010 in District Court in Lenoir.

Thomas James Williams,
white male, 26 years of age. Mr. Williams
lives at 348 Midlake Dr., Mooresville, North Carolina.
He is charged with Felony Breaking and Entering, Larceny after Breaking and
Entering, and Second Degree Arson. Mr.
Williams was placed under a $75,000.00 secured bond with a first appearance date of March
29, 2010 in District Court in Lenoir.
