Suspect Round-Up
The Caldwell County Sheriff’s
Office conducted an operation targeting several suspects who are repeat offenders with
outstanding warrants. Information was
gathered and an operational plan was prepared with the goal of locating and arresting the
suspects. Teams of officers from every
division of the Sheriff’s Office participated in the operation. At the conclusion of the operational period, six
suspects had been taken into custody and placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center.
Sheriff Alan Jones stated that this
type of aggressive law enforcement is a great tool to help remove criminals from the
streets of our communities. “The
operation was a complete success and we were able to incarcerate several repeat offenders
today. We will continue to be aggressive in
our fight to make our communities a safe place to live.”
The following suspects were arrested.
Maston Howard Sanders, W/M, 24 years
of age, from Lenoir, NC. Mr. Sanders is
charged with Failing to Appear in Court and Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting
Serious Injury. He has posted a $1500.00 bond
and has been released from the Detention Center.
Jessica Lynn Kincaid, W/F 26 years of
age, from Morganton NC. She has been charged
with
Shandee Elaine Hodge, W/F 19 years of
age, from Lenoir NC. She has been charged
with Felony Breaking and Entering, and Felony Larceny of a Firearm. She is incarcerated in the Caldwell County
Detention Center under a $25,000.00 secured bond with a first appearance date of January
28, 2010.
Roland Edward Gullett, W/M 34 Years
of age, from Lenoir NC. He is charged with
Failing to Comply with Non Support and is incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention
Center under a $542.99 cash bond.
Steven Wayne Patton, W/M 18 years of
age, from Lenoir NC. He is charged with
Felony Breaking and Entering and Felony Larceny of a Firearm. He is incarcerated in the Caldwell County
Detention Center under a $25,000.00 secured bond with a first appearance date of January
28, 2010.
William Shane Patton, W/M 32 years of
age, from Lenoir NC. He is charged with
Failing to Appear in Court for a Probation Violation.
He is incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a
$10,000.00 secured bond with a court date of January 28, 2010.
