Drive-By Shooting Suspect Arrested

Seth Randall Dula, 22, from 105 Park Place Ave, Apt D, Morganton, NC turned himself in to authorities at the Caldwell County Sheriff's Office on Sunday, July 26, 2009. Dula was wanted for the shooting of 23-year-old Joshua Leroy Felder that occurred on Saturday, July 25, in the Town and County subdivision of Caldwell County. Felder is currently at the Carolina Medical Center located in Charlotte and is in fair condition.

Dula was taken before the magistrate shortly after his arrest and placed in the custody of the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $150,000.00 bond. He has his first appearance on Monday, July 27.

Detectives with the Sheriff's Office are continuing the investigation.
