Auctions According to NC General Statues, the Sheriff of every county in the State is entitled to hold auctions to dispose of property that has been gathered as evidence for trials, recovered property that is unclaimed, or abandoned property that has been recovered or located. The Sheriff also conducts auctions associated with the seizure of property pursuant to civil process and disposes of that property as directed by the courts. We will attempt to at least post our next auction date on-line, with the plans to post a partial property list of items that may be available. |
